COLLECT PAYMENTS
Although you may have put down a deposit for all the things you have booked, it’s time to get full payment from all attendees. This will confirm your final numbers for all your reservations and give you a clear idea of who and what to expect on the day.

Yep, all those added extras that you never include in your budget and find yourself running around like a headless chook the day before for? Let’s plan them now, save ourselves the pressure later.
This could be things such as:

- Book beauty appointments for yourself and the bride (spray tan, hair, makeup, nails)

- Collect phone numbers of everyone you will be relying on for the day and triple check with them that everything is good to go.
